Beating the odds- FPX rises in favor of fans after a clean 3-0 against G2

With a stellar performance coming from FunPlus Phoenix this year, they became the neck to neck favorites alongside south Koreas first seed, SK Telecom T1 to win Worlds 2019.

FPX, the LPL Champions (Chinese region of League of Legends) rolled over the competitions at Worlds, en route to the region’s second consecutive win(?) at Worlds. FPX secured the championship with a total record of 13-4 and 9-2 run through the Bracket stage. Moving to offseason and at the early preparation stage of season 2020, the aforementioned group still stands as a clear favorite to repeat next season.

Alongside FPX, SK Telecom T1, also remains a favorite for many. They bagged in a 15-4 during the closing of the season after a drought back in LCK.
